Through training as a Japanese food chef in Japan, my desire to open a Japanese restaurant in a foreign country grew stronger.
After moving to Australia, I opened a Japanese restaurant and worked as an owner. My valuable experience and knowledge of running a successful restaurant will certainly help other entrepreneurs, hence, I decided to launch this consulting company.
